How to use?

Instructions

  1. Have this page opened
  2. Using the barcode reader, scan the barcode located in the back of the canvas.
  3. Two pages will automatically open (Order page on Shopify, Orderdesk) and order page on shipping platform (ShippingEasy or ShipStation) based on the scanned prefix.
  4. If you scan and nothing happens or you receive an error (like the 'Ooops!' popup), check the barcode format and Caps Lock. If the issue persists, ship the package manually using the order number located in the back of the canvas. The configuration might need an update.
  5. To avoid having too many tabs open in your browser, it is preferably to close the two tabs open when you finish shipping the package. Two new tabs will open when you scan new barcode.
